Summer is just around the corner and Dream Lottery has just the ticket to make hospital supporters feel fine; with a grand prize offering the choice of the sophisticated Grand Oak Dream Home in London, or the breezy coastal charm of the Kokomo Beach Club Dream Home in Port Stanley, or $1 million cash.
The Grand Oak Dream Home at 3536 Grand Oak Crossing in London by Reis Design + Build, has
a total value of more than $1.6 million. A fresh take on stately and traditional architecture, it’s carefully crafted to accommodate today’s busy lifestyles with 4,114 sq. ft. of luxury furniture and fine finishes, including: a modern chef’s dream kitchen, a master retreat, fully integrated smart home automation and a children’s playhouse surprise in the lower level.
Nestled in Port Stanley near the shores of Lake Erie, the Kokomo Beach Club Dream Home offers easy living and modern amenities in a welcoming and vibrant community. From the pastel green exterior siding and Bahama window shutters to the stunning custom cabinetry in “Galapagos Turquoise,” the home exudes the coastal charm of Kokomo. Built by Wastell Homes, the 1,660 sq. ft., finely furnished bungalow comes with $500,000 cash for a total value of $1.1 million.
There are so many other prizes to be won in Dream Lottery’s early and final draws, such as cars, Ontario getaways and more.
Best of all, each purchase of a Dream Lottery ticket helps change the lives of patients from across Southwestern Ontario who need the specialized services at London Health Sciences Centre, Children’s Hospital at LHSC and St. Joseph’s Health Care London. Dream Lottery has raised almost $39 million (net) since 1996.
Even more to win
The new Money & Memories Calendar Lottery is now three months long, featuring daily prizes every day in October, November and December. The 50/50 is also back, with a guaranteed payout of $250,000 and a total prize pool that can keep growing. The prize pool topped $1 million in the last draw, with the winner taking half. A Dream Lottery ticket must be purchased in order to be able to buy Money & Memories Calendar or 50/50 tickets. Dream Lottery tickets can be purchased by calling 519-488-7100, or online at
www.dreamitwinit.ca. Money & Memories Calendars and 50/50 tickets can be ordered at the time of a Dream Lottery ticket purchase. After buying Dream Lottery tickets, they can only be purchased by phone.
Early sellout, early final draw
The Grand prize and 50/50 winners’ announcement is scheduled for September 17. However, Dream Lottery has a history of selling out early, so getting a ticket early is recommended. If Dream Lottery is sold-out by the Early Bird sales deadline of midnight, August 20, then 50/50 ticket and Calendar sales will also close and the Grand Prize and 50/50 winners will be announced September 3.
Home tours are online only
In order to protect the public during the current situation, the dream homes will not be open for in-person tours and will only be available to view virtually through the Dream Lottery website. All other Dream Lottery details, including ticket prices, prizes, draws, as well as important dates and contest rules, can also be found at www.dreamitwinit.ca.
